1. Service Description

CTW Studio ("we") delivers the AI Literacy Workshop, a 3-hour in-person training session at the client's institution. Workshops are conducted by Jesse Gonzalez.

2. Booking & Payment

Workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We will issue a formal invoice. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date or before the workshop date, whichever comes first.

3. Pricing

The workshop fee is €295 per participant (excl. VAT where applicable). Minimum group size: 10 participants. Maximum: 15 participants. Travel costs for locations outside the Netherlands will be quoted separately.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days before: full refund
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: no refund

CTW Studio reserves the right to cancel with full refund and reasonable notice.

5. Prerequisites

Participants are responsible for their own Claude Pro subscription (€20/month), laptop, and internet access.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials remain the property of CTW Studio. Participants may use materials for personal and institutional use but may not redistribute or resell them.

7. Liability

CTW Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the workshop fee paid.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
