Name, email address, institutional affiliation -- collected via email correspondence during the booking process.

3. Why We Collect It

To deliver the workshop service, send pre-workshop preparation instructions, provide post-workshop materials, and issue invoices.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Who We Share It With

• Vercel Inc. -- website hosting
• Your email provider -- processes correspondence

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How Long We Keep It

Registration data is retained for 12 months after the workshop for follow-up and accounting purposes, then deleted. Invoicing records are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.
